Last updated October 20, 2026. This page explains the one advertising cookie this site installs, who receives that information, what it is used for, and how to change your choice.
What we collect and why
We install a single cookie from Meta Platforms (Facebook) called the Meta Pixel. When it is allowed to run, it records that you visited this site, which pages you viewed, and standard information about your browser and device, and it stores the Facebook cookie identifiers _fbp (and, when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, _fbc) in your browser.
We use it for two purposes: measurement, so we can see how people use this site and whether our advertising reaches real visitors; and ad optimization, so Meta can show our ads to people who are likely to be interested and build audiences from site visitors.
We do not send your name, email address, phone number, booking details, or any health information to Meta. We do not upload customer lists or appointment records to Facebook.
Who receives it
Meta Platforms Inc. and its affiliates receive the information described above directly from your browser. Their use of that data is governed by their own data policy. We do not receive or store the individual page-views it collects.
When we ask, and when we don't
In regions whose rules require permission before an advertising cookie runs, the site shows a banner and the Meta cookie does not load until you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, nothing loads.
Outside those regions, including the United States, the cookie runs without a banner. Either way, Facebook still counts clicks and impressions on its own ads; the banner changes what this site reports, not what Facebook sees from its own platforms. Where your browser or device offers an advertising opt-out, we honor it.
The record we keep of your choice
When you answer the banner, your browser stores your decision locally: whether you accepted or declined, the date and time, the region the site resolved at that moment, and the wording and version of the notice you were shown. This record stays on your device and is not sent to us or to Meta.
Changing your mind
Choose Cookie Settings in the footer of any page to see the notice again and switch your answer. Declining stops the cookie from reporting from that moment on. You can also clear the stored choice from your browser's site data, which brings the notice back.
